Abstract
Water consumption patterns of Halifax will be analyzed using an error correction model. This analysis will utilize climatic, pricing and employment variables to determine the consumption patterns of Halifax Nova Scotia Canada. Policy implementation recommendation are made to provide rationale and aid in generating new policies and pricing scchemes.
